STROGANOFF SUPERB 
2 lbs. sirloin steak
1 c. minced onion
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
1/4 c. butter
2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans beef bouillon (broth)
1/4 c. catsup
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. flour
2 c. sour cream
Cooked rice or noodles

Cut meat into bite size pieces. In skillet, saute onion in butter. Remove onion and then brown meat in same skillet. Set aside 3/4 cup bouillon. Add remaining bouillon, catsup, garlic, salt and onions to meat. Cook on low in crock pot for a few hours to marinate. Before serving, saute mushrooms until tender and add to mixture. Blend reserved bouillon and flour, stir into meat mixture. Heat all to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute. Add sour cream. Heat but do not boil. Serve over rice or noodles.
