LOTS OF BUNS 
4 tbsp. sugar
4-5 tbsp. yeast
1 c. warm water

4 c. warm milk
4 c. warm water
1 c. oil
1 c. instant potato flakes
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. salt
About 7 qts. flour

Knead dough. Let rise, knead again. Form into buns. Let rise. Bake at 375 degrees 15 minutes.
