CHICKEN BISCUIT CUPS 
2 c. chicken
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/3 c. chopped water chestnuts
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise
10 oz. can Hungry Jack big flaky biscuits
2 1/2 slices cheese

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Combine first 5 ingredients. Add mayonnaise. Separate dough into 10 biscuits. Place in ungreased muffin tins. Spoon 1/4 chicken mix into each. Bake 17 to 21 minutes until golden brown. Place cheese on top. Bake until it melts.
