BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
1/2 c. softened butter
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. whole blueberries
1/2 c. mashed blueberries

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In medium mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, mix until blended. Sift dry ingredients. Add alternately with milk to creamed mixture. Fold in 1/2 cup mashed and whole blueberries. Grease muffin tins or use paper liners. Fill cups with batter. Sprinkle streusel on tops.

STREUSEL TOPPING:

2 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
4 tsp. butter

Mix together. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Leave in pan to cool.
