BLUEBERRY STREUSEL MUFFINS 
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 c. blueberries
1 tsp. vanilla

Sift flour, baking powder and salt. Cream butter with sugar. Beat in egg and vanilla. Stir in flour alternately with milk. Fold in blueberries. Place in paper cups about 1/2 full. Sprinkle each with topping.

TOPPING:

Melt:

2 tbsp. butter

Add:

2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Bake 20-25 minutes at 400 degrees. Makes 1 dozen.
