1 c. butter
1 tbsp. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. chopped pecans

Cream butter and sugar until light. Stir in vanilla and flour until well mixed. Add nuts. Shape into balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes.

When done, while hot, roll cookies in powdered sugar.
