DISGUSTINGLY RICH BROWNIES 
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. butter (i.e. 2 cubes), melted
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
Lg. marshmallows (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease the inside of a 8 or 9 inch square baking pan. Stir the cocoa and sugar together, then add the melted butter. Add the eggs and vanilla and stir again. Now add the eggs and vanilla and stir again. Now add the flour and salt and mix until smooth. Add walnuts. Spread mix evenly in pan. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until brownies start to pull away from sides of pan. Remove from oven. Our favorite is to put marshmallows on top, then put back into oven for about 10 minutes until marshmallows puff. Then frost with Chocolate Frost (but not too much). Let cool.
