STUFFED PORK CHOPS 
6 double pork chops
1 c. bread crumbs
3 tbsp. butter
1 sm. onion, minced
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. ketchup

Cut pocket in each chop. Make dressing of bread crumbs and seasonings. Place dressing in the pocket of chops. Brown on both sides in pan that can be placed in oven. Cover with sauce of water and ketchup. Bake in hot oven, 375 degrees, about 45 minutes. Baste occasionally.
