2 bunches spinach, washed
1 pt. strawberries, sliced
1 sm. can mandarin oranges
1 red onion, sliced

Toss and serve with strawberry vinaigrette.

STRAWBERRY VINAIGRETTE:

1/4 c. honey
4 tbsp. strawberry vinegar
1/2 c. oil

Mix together.
