1 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2/3 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 c. boiling water

Mix first 8 ingredients and pour into greased baking dish. Mix 2/3 cup sugar and 4 tablespoons cocoa together and spread evenly over cake batter in the baking dish. Carefully pour the 1 1/2 cups boiling water on top. (Do not stir.) Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
