CHOCOLATE FUDGE SAUCE 
1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. sugar
1 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. light cream
3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt

Put all ingredients except vanilla into a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Makes about 2 cups.

According to Julie Dannenebaum this is the best fudge sauce she knows. Serve it hot or cold, on cakes, ice cream, or anything you might wish to put it on.
