JIFFY RAISIN LOAF 
3/4 c. raisins
3/4 c. raisins
1/3 c. chopped walnuts
1 egg
3/4 c. milk
3 c. biscuit mix
1 tsp. cinnamon

Rinse and drain raisins, combine biscuit mix, sugar, cinnamon, walnuts and raisins. Beat egg lightly, add milk and stir into first mixture. Turn into greased loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Turn out onto wire rack to cool.
