CANADIAN CHEESE SOUP | |
1/3 c. grated carrots 1/3 c. chopped onions 1/3 c. finely diced celery 1 c. chicken broth 2 c. med. thick white sauce 4 oz. Old English cheese, grated Salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste Parboil vegetables in broth until tender. Combine with white sauce, salt, pepper and the grated cheese. Heat and serve.
