FRESH LEMON ICE CREAM 
3 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp. grated lemon peel
2 qt. (8 c.) whipping cream

Combine sugar, lemon juice and peel in large freezer container. Slowly stir in cream and blend well. Cover and freeze until firm out side but still soft in center. Stir with a fork to break up ice crystals. Freeze until firm.
