FRESH LEMON CAKE 
1 pkg. Betty Crocker yellow cake mix
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
4 eggs
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. Wesson oil

Mix above thoroughly with hand mixer on high, 3-5 minutes or so. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done. Puncture cake, while hot with large meat fork. Pour 2 cups lemon juice mixed with 2 cups powdered sugar over cake; add more lemon juice to your liking.
