1/2 c. Crisco
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg yolk
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese

Mix first three ingredients then add cream cheese; mix well. Blend flour until mixed in. Drop by teaspoons on cookie sheet then press thumb in center. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
