ROYAL PEANUT BUTTER LOAF 
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
4 large ripe bananas (2 c. mashed)
1/2 c. butter
3 eggs
1 tbsp. baking powder

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 9 x 5 loaf pan. Set aside. In large bowl with electric mixer on high speed beat peanut butter, butter and sugar until well blended. Add eggs, beat well. Stir in flour, baking powder, alternating with bananas. Stir until blended. Stir into pan. Bake 60 to 70 minutes. Cool 15 minutes. Remove from pan. Cool about 1 hour. If desired, serve with cream cheese. Makes 12 servings.
