1 white or yellow cake mix
8 oz. cream cheese
2 c. milk
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip

Bake cake mix, according to directions on package. Bake in loaf pan. Mix together cream cheese, milk, and pudding mix. Spread on top of cooled cake. Drain pineapple and spread on top. Spread Cool Whip on top. Sprinkle with nuts or coconut.
