1 c. real mayonnaise
2 tbsp. white wine or lemon juice
2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
4 oz. crumbled bleu cheese
3 tbsp. milk
1/4 tsp. salt

Place first 7 ingredients and 1/2 of the bleu cheese in blender. Blend until smooth. Stir in remaining cheese. Cover and chill.
