SMOOTH 'N CREAMY FROSTING | |
1 (4 serving size) pkg. Jello brand instant (any flavor) pudding and pie filling 1/4 c. confectioners' sugar 1 c. cold milk 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip In a large bowl, combine pudding mix, sugar, and milk. Beat slowly with rotary beater or at lowest speed of an electric mixer until well blended, about 1 minute. Fold in whipped topping (thawed). Spread on cake at once. Makes enough for 2 (9 inch) layers. Store frosted cake in refrigerator. |
