PEACH FLUFF PUDDING 
2 c. peaches
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

BATTER:

1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter, melted
3/4 c. milk

TOPPING:

1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt

Mix peaches, sugar and cinnamon; simmer. Prepare batter. Pour peaches into a square pan and spoon batter over hot mixture. Spread topping over the batter. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
