CHOCOLATE FLUFF PUDDING 
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
2 egg yolks, beaten
1 beaten egg
2 c. milk, scalded
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
1 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, melted
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt

1. In the top of a double boiler combine sugar, flour, salt, egg yolks and the beaten egg. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly.

2. Place over simmering water and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Cool and add vanilla.

3. Pour into individual dishes and chill.

4. Beat sugar into egg whites until sugar is dissolved.

5. Slowly add melted chocolate, vanilla and salt. Chill.

6. When ready to serve, top pudding with chocolate fluff. Serves 6.
