MACADAMIA CHIP COOKIES 
This is what you need for 36 cookies:

1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. white chocolate chips
3/4 c. macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

In a large bowl, mix together butter and brown sugar until creamy. Add egg and vanilla. Beat until light. Blend in flour, baking soda, chips and nuts. Mix until well blended. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart, onto lightly greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes until firm. Do not overbake.
