PINEAPPLE COTTAGE CHEESE SALAD 
1 can evaporated milk
2 boxes lime Jello
1 box lemon Jello
2 c. hot water
1 c. chopped pecans
1 can (No. 2) crushed pineapple
1 (12 oz.) cottage cheese
Juice of 1 lemon
1 c. maraschino cherries
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. diced celery

Chill evaporated milk overnight until crystal forms around the edge. Dissolve Jello in water and partially chilled, whip milk until stiff peak stands. Add Jello, mix well. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate.
