BETTER THAN PIZZA POTATOES 
4 med. potatoes
4 tsp. Molly McButter all natural butter flavor sprinkles
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 c. cooked sliced mushrooms
4 tsp. chopped ripe olives
1/2 c. tomato sauce
4 tbsp. shredded low-fat mozzarella cheese

Microwave potatoes. Split potatoes and scoop out pulp, leaving shell. Combine pulp with remaining ingredients. Spoon into potato shells. Microwave on high 4 minutes or until heated. Serves 4, 158 calories.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
