PEPPERONI BREAD 
1 loaf frozen bread
3 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. finely chopped parsley
1 pkg. slice pepperoni
1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese

Thaw bread in refrigerator overnight. Spread dough to 9 x 13 inch size with hands. You may have to use rolling pin and pastry board. Melt butter, add spices and mix well. Brush or spread on dough, saving a little for the top. Place cut up pepperoni over dough and sprinkle on cheese. Roll tightly like French bread. Brush with butter. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Set 15 minutes before slicing.
