1 lb. butter
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 (2 lb.) jar peanut butter
4 lbs. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped peanuts (if desired)

You will need a very large bowl. Put your 4 pounds powdered sugar in bowl, then in a double boiler melt your 1 pound of butter and 1 pound Velveeta cheese (cut your cheese into chunks to be melted). Pour melted ingredients into dry and mix together, add your vanilla and peanut butter and mix again until creamy smooth, put into a (butter) slightly greased 9 x 13 inch pan and let stand overnight.
