RED SAUCE AND BROCCOLI PASTA 
1 (12 oz.) can tomato sauce
1-2 lg. ripe tomatoes
1-2 fresh Jalapeno pepper
1/2 green pepper
1 sm. onion
2 cloves garlic
Broccoli flowerettes
Spaghetti

Blanch and peel tomato, chop fine - sear and peel peppers, chop extra fine - chop onion extra fine - chop garlic extra fine Mix all above with tomato sauce. Let sit at least 2 hours - overnight if possible. Heat and add broccoli. Serve over cooked pasta.
