1 chicken
1/2 c. onion
1/2 c. carrots
1/2 c. celery
Salt
Pepper
Bay leaf
2 tbsp. rosemary
1/2 c. lemon juice

Combine all ingredients in roasting pan. Bake 2 hours at 300 degrees.
