PARTY MEATBALLS 
1/2 lb. sausage
2 lbs. ground chuck
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1 med. onion, minced
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/2 bottle Kraft Bar-b-que
1 jar Smuckers apricot preserves

Mix chuck, onion and seasonings together; roll into small round balls, place on jelly roll pan and place in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes. Stir once. Remove, place in saucepan. Heat bar-b-que sauce and preserves; pour over meatballs. Let simmer 15 minutes. Excellent for party or receptions; serves 25.
