BUTTERMILK PIE 
2 1/2 c. white sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. buttermilk 1 tsp. vanilla
6 eggs
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. chopped pecans
3 1/2 oz. can coconut or 1/2 bag

Heat sugar, flour, buttermilk, butter, pecans, vanilla and coconut until warm, then beat in eggs. Pour into an unbaked pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
