PINEAPPLE PIE 
1 pre-baked pie crust
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
12 oz. jar pineapple preserves
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Cream together cream cheese, sugar, salt, eggs, milk and vanilla. Spread preserves over bottom of crust. Pour cream cheese mixture over this and sprinkle with nuts. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
