MARINATED VEGETABLES 
Two days ahead in a screw lid jar, combine:

1 c. vinegar
1 c. oil
1 c. sugar
1 c. lemon juice
2 tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. hot sauce

Refrigerate 24 hours, shaking occasionally.

One day ahead, chop vegetables to fill a punch bowl to 3/4 full:

Broccoli
Cauliflower
Ch erry tomatoes
Eggplant
Celery
Carrots
Yello w squash
Zucchini
Kidney beans
Baby corn, etc.
