FRESH VEGETABLE MARINATE 
4 stalks fresh broccoli cut into flowerettes
8 lg. mushrooms, sliced
1 med. green pepper,
3 stalks celery, chopped diagonally
1 head cauliflower, in flowerettes or sm. pieces

Combine and toss.

MARINATE:

Combine and mix well: 2 tsp. dry mustard 1/2 c. vinegar 1 tsp. salt 1 sm. onion, finely chopped 3/4 c. vegetable oil 2 tbsp. poppy seeds

Pour over vegetables and chill at least 3 hours or overnight in refrigerator.
