CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 chicken breasts, boiled and chopped
3 c. diced potatoes, cooked almost tender
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 oz. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

TOPPING:

1 pkg. Ritz crackers
1/2 stick butter

Put topping on top of mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes until lightly brown.
