CHICKEN KIEV 
2 (6 oz.) boneless chicken breasts
1/4 c. Weight Watchers butter
1 tsp. bacon bits
3/4 oz. Kellogg corn flakes, crushed

Combine bacon bits and butter. Separate into equal amounts and roll into logs. Pound chicken until 1/8 inch thick. Place butter/bacon log into middle of breast and roll up. Then roll the breast roll in crushed corn flakes. Coat well. Place coated chicken roll into covered baking pan, sprayed with Pam. Bake for 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.
