CHICKEN KIEV 
2/3 c. butter
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
4 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
1/4 c. white cooking wine
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley

Melt butter in saucepan. Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan, basil, oregano, garlic salt and salt in a pie plate. Dip chicken in butter. Roll in crumb mixture. Place in ungreased 9-inch square baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.

While chicken is baking, prepare sauce. Add enough butter to what is left in saucepan to make 1/2 cup. Add wine, onion and parsley. Simmer until onions are tender. When chicken is done, pour this mixture over it and bake 5 minutes longer. Serves 4.
