MISSISSIPPI MUD 
2 c. sugar
1 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
3 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
1/4 tsp. salt
7.5 oz. jar marshmallow fluff

ICING:

2 sticks melted butter
1/3 c. sour cream
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
1 lb. powdered sugar

Cream shortening and sugar until fluffy. Add flour, cocoa, vanilla, nuts and salt; mix well. Bake in a greased jelly roll pan for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees. As soon as cake comes out of oven, spread marshmallow fluff over cake. (May have to return cake to oven to help melt marshmallow.) Let stand until marshmallow hardens. Mix ingredients for icing together and spread on cool cake.
