CABBAGE ROLLS 
2 lb. ground pork
4 lb. ground beef
46 oz. can tomato juice
2 lb. rice
4 eggs
3/4 c. minced onion
4 med. cabbages
3 lg. cans sauerkraut, rinsed
Salt
Pepper
Garlic
4 lb. kielbasa or Polish sausage

Blanch cabbage leaves and set aside. Mix ground meat, chopped onion, and garlic to taste with eggs, rice, salt and pepper. Using one leaf per roll, place a spoonful of meat-rice mixture on each and roll, tucking in ends. Place rolls in large kettle in layers between each layer put sauerkraut and the sausage. Repeat until all rolls are in pan. Cover with tomato juice and water, if needed, to completely cover. Bring to boil, lower heat and simmer 1 to 2 hours. Makes 100 rolls.
