HAM AND POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk
1 c. diced ham
4 c. sliced potatoes
1 sm. onion
1 tbsp. butter
Dash of pepper

Cook in covered casserole dish at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover and bake for 15 more minutes to slightly brown.
