HAM AND POTATO CASSEROLE | |
1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/4 c. milk 5 c. thinly sliced, peeled potatoes, parboiled 1 lb. leftover ham, cubed 1/2 c. onion, chopped 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped 1 tbsp. butter Blend soup, milk, and pepper. Combine with rest of ingredients, except butter. Turn into a Pam sprayed casserole. Dot with butter and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
