STUFFED PEPPERS 
4-6 lg. bell peppers
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 lb. (or more) ground beef
1 can tomato & rice soup & 1 can water or 1 can tomato soup & 1/2 c. minute rice & 1 can water
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Hot pepper

Brown meat and onion in skillet. Cut tops and de-seed peppers, cut in half and parboil about 5 minutes. Season meat; stuff peppers, adding 1 or 2 slices of hot pepper to each half. Pour soup mix over and bake at 350 degrees about 20 to 25 minutes.
