CUTLETS PARMESAN 
4-6 pork cutlets
1 lg. jar spaghetti sauce
Oil
1 (16 oz.) dry pasta
Parmesan cheese

In pan, pour enough oil to cover bottom of pan. Heat oil until hot. Sear cutlets on high heat. (You may wish to flour cutlets before placing in oil.) Cook cutlets until brown. Remove cutlets from pan and wipe skillet clean with paper towel. Once clean, add pasta sauce and heat thoroughly. Once sauce is heated, add cutlets and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. While meat is simmering, boil water and then add pasta and cook according to directions. Once pasta is cooked, remove cutlets and place on platter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve pasta on side and sauce over meat and pasta.
