WHITE WINE CAKE | |
1 box yellow cake mix 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding 1/4 c. brown sugar 1/4 c. white sugar 4 eggs 2 tbsp. cinnamon 1/2 c. pecans, chopped 3/4 c. water 3/4 c. oil 1/4 c. white wine (cooking) Mix all ingredients, except pecans. Put nuts on bottom of greased and floured 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan. Pour batter over nuts and bake 45 minutes at 325 degrees. Use White Wine Cake Icing. |
