EASY BEER BREAD 
3 c. self-rising flour
3 tbsp. sugar
1 (12 oz.) can beer, room temperature
2 tbsp. melted butter

Combine flour and beer in large bowl - gradually add beer. Stir just until moistened. Spoon into greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes. Cool in pan about 10 minutes. Remove and cool. I cover complete loaf (lightly) with butter and then wrap in saran wrap.
