CRABMEAT AU GRATIN 
1 stalk celery
1 med. onion
1/2 c. flour
1 stick butter
Salt
Pepper
1 can condensed milk
1 lb. crabmeat
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese

Saute onion and celery in butter until soft, then add 1/2 cup flour to it. Add milk, stirring constantly. Add salt and pepper to taste. Fold in crabmeat. Transfer to baking dish. Add grated cheese on top. Bake on 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
