RICE AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. onions
1/2 c. celery, chopped
2 c. rice, cooked
2 pkg, chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. jar of Cheese Whiz

Sauté onions and celery. Cook rice and broccoli separately. Mix the vegetables, add the soups and Cheese Whiz. Place rice in casserole as a lining for dish. Pour vegetable mixture over it and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 375°F for 10 minutes.
