BROCCOLI-RICE CASSEROLE 
1 c. cooked rice
1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli, cooked and drained
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz or 1 c. shredded cheese
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. chopped celery

Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, mix rice and broccoli. Combine cheese and mushroom soup and mix well. Then add celery. Spread into a 9-inch buttered square pan and bake for 30 minutes.
