BROCCOLI RICE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. chopped broccoli, cooked
3 c. cooked rice
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Cook rice; drain. Cook broccoli and drain. Mix together. Add Velveeta cheese and soups. Put in greased casserole dish and top with shredded cheese.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
