REFRIGERATOR PICKLES 
7 c. sliced cucumbers
2 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped bell pepper
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 1/2 tsp. pickling salt

Wash well and slice cucumbers. Combine other ingredients and let stand 1/2 hour before placing in refrigerator. May be eaten when cold. Will keep approximately 5 months in refrigerator.
